Dave McKeon is the Managing Partner of Game On Consulting, LLC and leads its services in the areas of: 1-on-1 executive coaching; small business consulting; on-boarding of new hires; and implementing cultural change to support core client business strategies. Dave is a nationally recognized professional business coach and brings over 30 years of practical experience and knowledge to the broad fields of leadership, management, strategic planning, and the implementation of organizational, process and behavioral change.

Since 1998, Dave has focused on complex leadership and career development initiatives and has collaborated with numerous senior-level executives and their teams located around the world in such industry segments as: bio tech / science; business services; communications; government; healthcare; hi tech; investment banking; non-profits; pharma; professional practices; professional sports; software; and public utilities.

Dave has personally guided strategic business planning efforts, served on various boards, led professional organizations and chaired nationally recognized conferences. He has appeared in Time, Leader Magazine, INC Magazine and Fast Company. He is sought out to keynote on the subject of leadership and creating a winning game plan.

For over 20 years Dave led a variety of worldwide functional and strategic leadership initiatives inside Hi-tech and the Fortune 500 manufacturing firms supporting knowledge management, common process implementation, and best practices solutions. He has also successfully launched and sold two small businesses.

He holds a number of professional certifications and designations including Certified Business Coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.

Dave received his BA from Clark University, and is a graduate of the Worcester Polytechnic Institute School of Industrial Management.
