Tracy Stevens draws from over 30 years experience in leadership roles and first hand knowledge of best practices to coach her clients to their personal best. Her professional experience includes both public and private sector businesses. Her clients range from C-level leaders to emerging leaders, from teams to individual contributors and entrepreneurs.

Tracy’s unique background enables her to skillfully coach individuals, teams and organizations discover sustainable solutions to personal leadership and organizational challenges. Her special talent is supporting clients to live their values while creating an environment of success as leaders, employees and shareholders.

She is experienced coaching leaders in high profile companies such as: IBM; Oracle; Kodak; and Xerox, as-well-as leaders in mid-range and emerging companies. Tracy routinely partners with leaders and professionals across a variety of business segments and disciplines including: accounting; legal; architectural; military; government; high-tech, human resources; and professional services.

In addition to her work as an Executive Coach, Tracy facilitates programs on a wide variety of contemporary business and leadership topics, including business teams, communication, change management, public speaking and diversity in the workplace. Tracy is a published author and has developed a self-study system - "The Success Circle(TM) Four Styles to Championship Communications".

She is the founder of TLS Associates and holds the designation of Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. She is an affiliate coach with The Ken Blanchard Companies and a Certified Winslow Behavior Assessment Specialist.
